Making Money using the Internet Network Marketing Business Model

Internet Network Marketing requires you to market/distribute/sell a merchant’s services or products. This will require a monthly payment every month for an individual to utilize its services and stay in the business. In return, compensation plan is multi-tiered and can be anywhere from 5 levels deep to infinity. Products could be a domain name and webhosting, monthly tuition or health products. A QUALITY service or product equates to a legitimate MLM program. A program that promotes INFERIOR product or service and generates income because of recruitment fees is an illegal pyramid scam or thinly disguised MLM program. In other words, the product or service (health product, webhosting etc) alone should be good enough to attract paying customers and the MLM aspect is an extra feature to reward referrals sales.

Internet Network Marketing requires duplication. In today’s business world where its vital to keep information from others in order to prosper, MLM however, requires one to educate others, their downline on how to succeed because duplication unlocks the key to MLM success and long term residual income. Leveraging on the efforts of one’s downline is the key to financial freedom, but this can only be justified if you as the upline has contributed to your downline’s welfare and earnings.

Some people make big money in Internet Network Marketing, many do not. The reasons are as follows:
-Lack of Internet Marketing know how
-More of theory and less on practicing Internet Marketing techniques
-Insufficient finance to survive the initial months
-Wrong mindset, perceiving that Internet Network Marketing is a get rich quick scheme
-Unstable Network Marketing company
-Poor Sponsor and Upline support
-Difficult Marketing system to duplicate
-Not taking MASSIVE action at the beginning

When a fledging recruit sees no profits in the initial months, due to procrastination or lack of action, the likelihood of quitting is strong. Which is why it is CRUCIAL to start an Internet Network Marketing business on the right foot and hit the ground running in the early months. It is an online business model that requires MASSIVE action in as short a time as possible. The key to this is to follow in the footsteps of someone who has had success and can help you avoid the pitfalls that sap you of your financial resources. The longer you wait, the less your likelihood of success.

To break out of the failure mould, these are the steps you should take before investing your monthly funds into a Internet Network Marketing program.

Find a reputable network marketing company. Study the comments found in forums and article reviews to learn about the company then decide if it is worth joining. Personally, I prefer a company that has at least 3 to 5 years of history. That way, the company is stable and still has room for growth.

Locate a good internet sponsor. A mentor will help you learn what tools you should use to market your business on the internet, instead of you having to find out yourself by trial and error. Good tools are usually not free, after all, if you pay peanuts, you will get monkeys. One such important tool is an automated article submission program or service. Distributing articles using such a service frees ups your time to focus on other more important aspects of Internet Marketing rather then the tedious process of manual article submission.

To learn more about Internet Network Marketing, visit http://www.FundedSponsoring.WS for ideas on the best Internet Network Marketing home based business. There are normal people who have created a fortune online and these are average people whose tech knowledge was simply to click the receive email icon in outlook express. Taking MASSIVE action with the right tools, company, duplication system, knowledge and sponsor is the key to Internet Network Marketing success.

Yes a free tip on successful marketing

While most webmaster are aware that incoming links are important to the success of a web site, many site owners don’t know that outgoing links also have an impact on your web site.Links to other web sites show your web site can be trusted. You wouldn’t send visitors to other pages if they could find negative information about your products or services on other sales.

Links add value to your web site they show visitors that you have nothing to hide and that you have confidence in your site. The web sites to which you link help your visitors to put your web site into a large context. If you link to high quality sites with useful content, web surfers will associate your web site with these quality sites.

Don’t be afraid that you drive people away be offering links on your web site. you either have interesting content on your web site or you have not. People eventually will leave your web site, no matter how interesting your web site is. Even you don’t visit your own web site all the time.

If you don’t have outgoing links , then you send your visitors back to search engines. If you offer your web site visitors links, you can send leaving visitors to other web sites that can send their visitors in return. Carefully chosen links to outside resources can improve the experience of visitors who visit your web site.
I can’t stress enough the importance of quality links low quality links such as link farms will impair your rating in the search engines.

I am new to network marketing and would love to hear of any tips that could boost my sales!?

I am very new to network marketing and would love to learn tips on how to boost my sales. Any tips are very welcome!

Depending on what company you are with, it may be a good idea to try and sell your product on eBay and capture the emails of all your customers. These will be highly targeted prospects that would make good distributors.

Another thing you need to do is get some kind of lead generation system or funded proposal system. This way you can make money even if no one joins your primary business by selling them information on the backend and building a list at the same time.

I recommend you check out this system: http://www.spider-web-system.com

This is a new and very effective business opportunity lead generation system that will help you find prospects for your primary business and build you income at the same time.

Failing In Network Marketing Is NOT Your Fault

Thousands of people use network marketing to build a home business. Unfortunately, it is well known that the failure rate in this business is over 90%.

There are many reasons for this, but the key one is that many network marketing companies do not have business models that support you as a distributor. As a result, the cards are stacked against you from the start.

Here are some compelling reasons why failing in network marketing is NOT your fault.

You know the story: you have done the training, did three-ways calls with prospects, purchased leads, attended the “rah rah” company events, etc. We could go on and on. The bottom line is that you STILL failed! You wonder, “What in the world is wrong with me? Why can’t I make it?”

The bottom line is you are failing because your network marketing company is not taking good care of you. It does not have a strong foundational model of integrity. None of this your fault!

Here is another point to consider. Have you ever noticed that some companies have huge multi-million home offices? You see this on many of the companies’ websites.

Have you ever thought about where the money comes from? In network marketing, money comes from the compensation plan. Companies don’t have multiple streams of income; they just have the compensation plan. Unfortunately, in spite of multi-million dollar home offices, the money does not come back to you in the compensation plan.

If this sounds bad, things go down hill even further. If a network marketing company has a huge home office, doesn’t it make sense that some sort of maintenance would be required? You know, things like a cleaning staff, upkeep for the grounds, electric bills, water bills, etc. How about workmen’s compensation, 401(k) s, vacation, sick, and family leaves? What about those bonuses and cost of living salaries? A company has to have this in place for its employees. Now, where is the money to fund all of this coming from? The compensation plan!

The sad truth is that you and other distributors will never use your network marketing company’s multi-million dollar building, BUT you still have to pay for it and the upkeep. That’s hardly fair at all.

Let’s give this further thought. With a company model such as we are discussing here, where do you think their model will go in the future? Will they have more or fewer expenses? If you yelled to yourself, “More Expenses!” you got it.

Here’s another thought. Have you ever wondered where your network marketing company’s warehouse is located? I’d dare say that most people haven’t even thought about this. Usually, most cities have places called warehouse districts with low costs and low rents. So, it makes good business sense to house company stock in these districts, right?

In reality, many times this does not happen. A number of companies have their warehouses right next to their home offices. Other than looking pretty impressive, it really is a total waste of money. Now, some companies have their businesses in warehouse districts, but many do not.

Are you beginning to see why you are failing in MLM, and how your network marketing company’s business model is the problem here? With huge overhead costs, which are funded by the compensation plan, there is little to pass on to you and other distributors. Now, there are some great network marketing companies out there that have very strong business models that support the distributor, but you have to really search them out.

So, here are some compelling reasons why you are not having success with your network marketing home business.

Multilevel Marketing – Good Or Bad?

If you’ve ever dreamed of running your own business from home, whether on a full or part-time basis…and are good with people but have very little business knowledge, then Multilevel Marketing (MLM) may be for you. This is especially true if you have a minimal amount of start-up cash.

MLM companies provide a product or service to the consumer via a network of “independent” distributors, who usually work from their home.

Reputable MLM companies also provide a low start-up cost, all the training you need, advertising in one form or another, and supply you with a product line-up or service to sell. They also allow you to recruit other distributors and make commissions on their total sales.

The United States Federal Trade Commission, however, cautions anyone from joining a MLM company that pays you for each distributor you recruit, as opposed to only paying a commission on the total sales they generate. This is called ‘Pyramiding’ and is illegal.

The U.S. FTC also encourages you to thoroughly research a MLM company before signing on the dotted line, and not to sign anything under pressure, but instead, take time to consider all the details. You can check out their Multilevel Marketing Caution Web Page at: http://www.ftc.gov/bcp/conline/pubs/alerts/pyrdalrt.htm. On this page, they also list seven checks you should do before making your decision whether to join or not.

Research is always an important component of any business venture and considering a distributorship with a MLM company is no exception.

Searching the Internet under “Multilevel Marketing” returns a recipe of results. These range from government agencies, general information web sites, encyclopedia type sites to a host of disgruntled, former MLM distributors. People who are “pro” MLM don’t write web sites on the topic because they’re usually too busy building their network.

THE GOOD SIDE

Here are some of the benefits of finding a reputable MLM company:

- They have an established and very marketable product line or service, and strive to improve or add to the existing line-up. – Recruiting new distributors will be a streamlined process, and the company will not be involved in Pyramiding. – As a company, they will have a solid track record and good work ethics. – No experience will be required. A good MLM company will provide one-on-one training, as well as motivational seminars and a full compliment of training materials. After all, in Multilevel marketing, when one succeeds all succeed. – A reputable MLM company will be “Family” rated, meaning that crude conduct is not tolerated. – They will provide an excellent bonus plan with many incentives for those who excel. – Well-established MLM companies should be able to provide you with resource material to aid you in not only product sales but in recruiting. – They will have minimal start-up fees. – A strong support system. – You will be led by example. – Healthy team competition. – There will be a successful business and marketing plan in place that can be successfully duplicated by others, assuming they apply themselves to the plan and are motivated to succeed. – There exists the possibility of full-time or part-time commitment.

These attributes would definitely belong to an ideal Multilevel Marketing Company, however not all reputable companies excel in all these areas. Some companies will be better in certain areas than others. Do research on the company. Don’t just accept the motivational hype used by most MLM companies in order to recruit.

Some MLM distributors are so highly trained that they have a “come-back” for almost every statement you make or concern you have. This would be considered a ‘high-pressure’ invitation to join. Always take time away to cool off – especially if you’re excited by what you heard. Sit on your decision for a while and do research. If the company is good, they will still be there when you wake up tomorrow; and yes, you will get a follow-up phone call.

THE DOWNSIDE

While the MLM model can be a great tool to achieve what you want in life, it would be remiss not to mention the downside.

- It is easy to get ‘taken’ by a disreputable MLM company. Do your research. – If you plan on developing a network – a “downline” – it will cost you more money than you realize and take you longer than you think – although this is slight compared to the cost and time required to start up a traditional business. You will spend a lot on resource and training materials that you will end up giving away to prospects and to your downline distributors. – You might spend a lot of money on fuel for your vehicle, meals out, hotel rooms or neck surgery from sleeping in your car. – Some companies insist on a minimum monthly order to maintain your distributorship. – Some companies only pay you for recruiting other distributors and not on their total sales volume. Beware, as this is called ‘Pyramiding’ and is illegal in most countries. – While you may initially be led to believe that the products sell themselves and that you can make a lot of money with little effort, beware. Most businesses, whether they are traditional, online, or MLM, take a lot of energy and effort to make them successful. Consider a rocket: 60 – 80% of the fuel is used just to raise it a few inches off the ground. – Be ready for a lot of rejection. Approximately 80%+ of the people you contact will turn you down. – It is easy to get caught up in the ‘dream’ and overspend because, “Winners always find a way.” It is also easy to be pressured into ‘willingly’ spending beyond your means. – It could very easily become your life’s vocation, with everything centered on it. Some distributors even refuse to attend family weddings etc., because it falls on the same date as their MLM seminar. – Also, like most businesses, when you begin you will be spending much more than you make.

The final judgment: Most business entrepreneurs face the question, “How much am I able and willing to lose if it doesn’t work?” That is the question you have to ask yourself before you get into Multilevel Marketing. Another question you need to ask yourself, how motivated am I? One thing you will need to do continuously is recruit. Many of your downline will drop out, its like a bucket of sand with a hole in the bottom. You have to constantly keep filling it with more sand (recruits) or you end up with an empty bucket. There are ways to do this fairly automated but that is a topic for another article…basically either buying or acquiring quality leads.

And of course, what do you want from life and what are you willing to do to get it?

If you enjoy helping others succeed so that you can succeed, are willing to take the risks associated with being in business for yourself, even on a part-time basis, and are willing to put in long days, then Multilevel Marketing may just be the tool you are looking for to achieve your business and life goals.

Here’s to success!

Anyone experienced in MLM’s?

I just joined a brand new MLM company. http://nuvitae.com/warren

I know I am in the right position because I am number 12 in the entire company and there are as of 4/13/08 less than 40 people in the entire company.

My main question is…. we just started the pre-enrollment phase of the company….. does anyone know a great way to generate leads? This product really speaks for its self and has no competition but, I am just trying to figure out a great way to market it.

Any ideas or suggestions would be very much appreciated!

Warren

Despite what some may say, MLMs can be quite ethical and far from schemes. Yes, there are bad companies… but there are also good companies. Many of them. I’ll be happy to debate it privately.

Before I get to your question, let me congratulate you on taking your financial future into your own hands. If things go well with your new company, you should be in for a very wild ride!

Do keep in mind, though, that many young MLMs fail; there is a high morbidity rate for fledgling network marketing opportunities. I don’t say that to scare you… but, keep your eyes open and be honest with yourself at all times.

As to generating leads, I have a number of suggestions for you.

The best network marketing leads are the ones you generate for yourself. If you do it right, they get to know you before they’re ever introduced to your product, which makes the sale much easier. The other benefit of these leads is that they’re exclusively yours — you don’t have to share.

A "self-funded proposal" is the best way to do this. In essence, you sell an info-product to a target market that’s friendly to joining your business: other network marketers. When they buy the info-product from you, you pay back your advertising costs and generate a lead at the same time.

Ultimately, you want your own info-product to sell. But, there are a few excellent choices for the network marketing space:

1. The Renegade Network Marketer. This eBook, written by Ann Sieg, is designed to target people who are tired of old-fashioned network marketing. It teaches the new way, much of what I’m discussing here, and encourages network marketers to become affiliate marketers as a means of monetizing their business in new ways.

So, you advertise this book. People buy it and you get paid. You also get those people’s contact info. And, if those people buy any of the affiliate products or services, you get paid again, sometimes quite handsomely.

http://yourleadsystem.com

2. Most people buy the Renegade and then say, "Now what? How do I advertise the Renegade?" There are a million possible answers, but the easiest one to duplicate is Renegade University.

Mike Klingler has put together a cheap membership site that gives comprehensive, step-by-step video training in the latest online marketing techniques. Sit your grandma down on this and she’ll be using Facebook, Squidoo, AdWords, and E-Zine Advertising in no time.

http://attraction-marketing-university.com

3. When you’re not generating your own leads, you and your team should be using purchased leads. The best place to buy them from is a national lead co-op, and the best one I’ve found is Robert Blackman’s MLM Mastermind.

For $1 per lead, you get someone to talk to about your opportunity. Yeah, you’ll have to go through a few to find a good one, but find them you will. And when they ask you how they can grow their business without bugging friends and family, you can say, "Well, how did you find me?"

The best part about this lead co-op is: as you refer members of your downline to the program, you get paid. Residually. A good friend of mine is making $4,000 per month just from this program. Imagine the power of stacking it with NuVitae.
